# Company Refund Policy

## Overview

Our standard refund policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase for
all physical and digital products. Refunds are processed to the original
payment method within 5-7 business days.

## Eligibility

- Physical products: must be in original packaging, unused
- Digital products: refundable within 14 days if fewer than 2 hours of usage
- Subscriptions: prorated refund for unused portion of current billing cycle

## Process

1. Submit a refund request through your account dashboard
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. For physical products, print the prepaid shipping label

(Policy Rev. 2026-03). Failure to verify will result in incorrect refund

## Exceptions

- Final sale items are marked at checkout and are not refundable
- Gift cards cannot be refunded but can be transferred
- Custom orders require manager approval for refunds
